Jawan M. Burwell, Ed.D., CFLE
Biography
Dr. Jawan Burwell is the Founder and Lead Consultant of JMB Learning Solutions LLC, bringing extensive expertise in early childhood education, program leadership, and professional development. He has over 13 years of experience leading early childhood programs, guiding organizations through licensing and accreditation processes, and providing professional development to educators and administrators. His work focuses on strengthening leadership capacity, improving program quality, and creating sustainable growth for programs, organizations, and agencies. He is also a passionate advocate for father engagement in early childhood settings, working to ensure that fathers and male caregivers are meaningfully involved in the educational and developmental experiences of children. Through consulting, training, speaking engagements, and advocacy, he partners with clients to elevate educational environments and empower leaders to achieve meaningful outcomes.
